This team was brilliant from start to finish. Their estimate of what we needed to do the job was spot on, they were quick and efficient at all points in the process and friendly and helpful always. When the work was done it was quick, and they always left everything tidy. They were always punctual. Now that we have been living with the system they installed we can say that their calculations of what we needed were perfect and the system works brilliantly, kept us warm in winter and now is keeping us cool.

AAC Group Ltd are a very professional company who provided a seamless service. It is hard these days when wanting a service you have never used before and unsure how good they will be. Kendhal from sales was excellent from start to finish, and was always very honest and helpful and answered all my questions with courtesy. We were looking for a F Gas certified reputable company to install air con for the arrival of our newborn and we were delighted with the end result. Rae installed the air con in one day and was courteous, clean and very customer focused. This is a business that knows how to respectfully treat it's customers and I wish them every success going forwards.

The AAC team have been excellent in providing recommendations to make us aware of the types of AC systems available. The install was carried out to a high standard by Naz and Tristan. We were very happy with the end result. Whilst surveying for the new AC system, the owner of AAC, Simon, made an assessment of our Air Source Heat Pump set up and believes that major savings can be made by setting up the system more efficiently. The original installer did not commission it correctly. We cannot praise AAC highly enough. The job was co-ordinated by Kendhal who was spot on with all communications.
